Most of our products are backed by a 30-day return policy. If there is an issue with your item, we offer a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a different item.
- All items must be in a new resalable condition in its original packaging.
- Must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping costs are none refundable.
- Returning items, Like Incontinece, Equipment that can not be resold becaus it is hygenic or missing parts, may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee.
- However, If you plan an exchange with an exception to the items mentioned above, we will waive the restocking fee. all orders ordered by mistake, no longer needed or ordered too many, may be subject up to a 20 % restocking fee
- Hygienic products are not accepted for returns once the item was opened even just for testing or check measurements etc.
- Returns and Cancellations are not accepted on special order items
- Replacement parts are non-returnable except for an error on our part
Return Material Authorization
Before returning an item, you must first contact Customer Support and request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Returns CANNOT be processed without a valid RMA number. Items without a RMA will be returned at the customer's expense.
How to Ensure an Easy Exchange or Refund for your item:
- Return the item inside its original packaging
- Return the item in brand new condition
- Do Not assemble or modify the product before returning Damaged Orders
All our shipments are packaged in order to insure that you receive your products arrive in the best condition possible. If for any reason, an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please contact us within 10 days so that we can send the missing part or replacement to you as soon as possible. Items returned for a refund are subject to our standard return policy.
